Irrigation Service Administrator – Ulysses 

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a wide range of administrative and office support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function. These tasks may be both time-sensitive and critical in nature, requiring a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. This position interacts both with staff and the public.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Serve as liaison between executive management and directors, supervisors, and employees.

· Serve as admin support for human resources department.

· Prepare agendas, presentations and information for various meetings and conferences.

· Maintain conference and meeting room schedules.

· Compose letters and memos as requested, including weekly thank you letters for settlements.

· Review, proofread and edit documents and reports for accuracy.

· Compile and maintain records, information, and reports.

· Perform routine office tasks.

· Generate and maintain reports and conduct research as required.

· Greet and refer customers and visitors to the appropriate personnel.

· Answer, screen, and route telephone calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

· Open receivables/payables and prepare checks for CEO’s review

· Place purchase orders for supplies, furniture, and office equipment.

· Maintain and organize office supplies.

· Maintain a clean work area and perform work in an accurate and timely fashion.

· Provide professional and courteous serviced and present a positive and professional image of the company.

· Comply with all safety rules and regulations of the company.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prefer a High School Degree and 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support position, or equivalent.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office.

· Use and operation of general office equipment.

· Excellent oral and written skills.

· Strong interpersonal/customer-service skills.

· Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance. Position also requires driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.

JOB TITLE:   Parts Counter Sales                                              

REPORTS TO:   Parts Manager  

 

JOB SUMMARY:   

Performs a variety of internal and external customer service, marketing, promotional, advertising and stocking duties related to the sale, receipt, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
  • Records sales and/or counter transactions.
  • Helps maintain proper inventory processes including daily bin counts.
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.

  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.

JOB SUMMARY:   

Performs a variety of internal and external customer service, marketing, promotional, advertising and stocking duties related to the sale, receipt, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
  • Records sales and/or counter transactions.
  • Helps maintain proper inventory processes including daily bin counts.
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
  • Maintains and stocks showroom area.
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a positive, professional and confident manner.
  • Participates in all job-related training and development.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.
  • Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum 1 years of Parts Department experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
