American Implement Named 2025 Statewide Winner at To The Stars: Kansas Business Awards

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the prestigious To The Stars: Kansas Business Awards, American Implement was honored to be named the 2025 State Winner in the category of Apprenticeship Champions and Partners — recognizing companies and organizations that demonstrate excellence in providing registered apprenticeship programs across Kansas.

What a privilege to be celebrated as the best of the best from across our great state. We’re proud to champion workforce development and grateful for this incredible recognition!

This year’s awards saw a record-breaking 431 nominations across 11 categories, celebrating businesses, organizations, and individuals who exemplify excellence in areas such as:

• Business expansion
• Employee recruitment and retention
• Training and educational programs
• Capital investment
• Community engagement

From these nominations, 372 Merit Awards and 59 Regional Awards were presented. Only one nominee in each category was selected as a Statewide Winner, making them finalists for the prestigious Governor’s Award of Excellence.

Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland praised the honorees, stating:

“Kansas businesses are the backbone of the record-setting success our state has experienced over the last six years. All the businesses recognized at To The Stars are worthy of celebration because they exemplify our famous work ethic and determination, further solidifying Kansas as the best place in the nation to do business.”
