We had the privilege of hosting over 125 talented High School students from across our territory at our 2023 Full Throttle Apprenticeship Showcase Open Houses. We had a blast sharing internship opportunities and showcasing our Full Throttle Ag TECH Apprenticeship Program. We also took time to share are about various other career opportunities in our organization which include Sales, Parts, and Precision Ag. The students got a chance to tour our facilities and experience equipment demos. Looking at the bright smiles on their faces below, it's evident that we ignited a spark within them.

We'd like to share a special shoutout to our amazing staff for their enthusiasm, pride, and hard work. Each location did an outstanding job! Thanks go out to everyone who attended, including the educators and sponsors. And we are grateful to John Deere for sponsoring the refreshments and meals.
